Hope everyone is having a grand spring and having fun!
Our illustrious owner gave me some words of wisdom years ago that have held true to this day. Always hire people that are smarter than you are. You don’t have to know the correct route to take when going to Saginaw, Michigan, but your GPS does. You don’t have to know the ingredients of a Moon Pie, but you sure are glad someone does!
We have a diverse staff and while some may not have ever used a 4” PopR in lightning shad color, others have and can tell you how to properly fish this lure and that is the beauty or our organization. What one person lacks in knowledge or skill is taken care of by a co worker. We have Farmers, Builders, Fine furniture makers, Car dealers, Geologist’s, Animal lovers and Professional wrestlers on staff.
We have the kind of staff that you are proud to know, not just some hired help but good trustworthy down to Earth people.
